Aufgabengebiet

* Support the infrastructure team as part of Smart Hands Support

* Configure, maintain and optimize IT systems and end-user devices

* Provide technical 2nd Level Support for hardware, software and infrastructure-related issues

* Handle, analyze and resolve escalated support tickets

* Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting of IT systems and infrastructure components

* Support server and IT equipment updates

* Participate in IT projects and the implementation of technical solutions

* Install and integrate new hardware and software solutions

* Collaborate with internal departments, IT architects, project teams and external partners

* Create and maintain technical documentation and system configurations

* Contribute to training materials and knowledge base content

Anforderungen

* Completed education or training in IT, Computer Science, Information Technology or a comparable qualification

* Initial to several years of professional experience in IT support, ideally in infrastructure or end-user support

* Good knowledge of hardware, software and IT systems

* Experience in technical problem analysis and troubleshooting

* Confident use of ticketing systems and a structured approach to handling support requests

* Independent, solution-oriented and well-organized working style

* Strong service orientation and enjoyment of working with end users

* Good communication and teamwork skills

* Willingness to collaborate in an international IT environment

* Good written and spoken English is required, German language skills are an advantage
